Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Shapeflux's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Shapeflux provides web design, development, and digital strategy services. Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate project agreements or statements of work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Client owns the final deliverables upon full payment
• Shapeflux retains rights to pre-existing materials and tools
• Shapeflux may showcase completed work in portfolio
• Third-party tools and libraries remain property of respective owners

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Final 50% due upon project completion
• Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur fees
• Specific terms may vary per project agreement

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by scope changes, client feedback timing, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur additional fees.

Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is specified in individual project agreements. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of work completed to date. Deliverables will be provided upon receipt of final payment.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
